Contest Rules
- Only one winner per family/household per thirty days
- All winnings must be picked up at MAGIC 98.9 JAMZ headquarters at 351 TILGHMAN ROAD in SALISBURY,MD during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, except legal holidays with proper identification (i.e. drivers license, voter registration card, etc.). If winner is under the age of 18, the must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian with proper identification. Cash prizes will not be available until 15 business day of the date won (winners will be notified by phone when prize is ready). Cash prizes not picked up within 30 days of posting will be forfeited. All decisions of MAGIC 98.9 JAMZ are final.
- MAGIC 98.9 JAMZ will not accept faxed identification. If winner is sending a representative to pick up their prize, the representative must have legal identification from the winner and proper identification themselves.
- Contest prizes will not be mailed unless otherwise notified.
- No Prize substitutions will be made and prizes are non-transferable.
- MAGIC 98.9 JAMZ and all participating sponsors reserve the right to use winners name, voice and likeness and the fact that he/she has won a prize in publicizing any contest and this radio station.
- Contest is not open to employees of WSBY, Clear Channel Communications employees. Also, owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising/marketing agencies for any radio station in the SALISBURY-OCEAN CITY, MD Total Survey Area as designed by Arbitron Radio.
- Once a person wins $1,000 or more in cash or prizes, they or any member of their immediate family or member of their household, may not participate in any other contest or station sponsored contest for a period of one year.
- All taxes, insurance and other miscellaneous expenses or fees are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). A form 1099 will be sent to winner(s) at the end of the year if cash or prize values have equaled $600.00 or more. Winners are responsible for taxes.
- MAGIC 98.9 JAMZ reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at any time.
