Personality Bio
I'm a DELMARVA native; born and raised right here in Salisbury.  Graduate of Wi-Hi (Go Indians) and I graduated from Bridgewater College in VA years ago.  I received my bachelors of science in Psychology and Communication Studies there.  I've dabbled in almost every field of communications from television to print and now radio. I returned home after college and started right here on MAGIC 98.9, before heading BACK to Virginia to bless their airwaves for a while! 

 I love being back on Delmarva and talking with you everyday! We'll chat about the big things going on here on Delmarva, Random News, Entertainment News, and a bit of sports!

I can be an extremely random person, but it's all in good fun.  Yes, there will be times when you meet me and my hair is completely different from the last time.  I'm not a fan of monotony!  The hair always changes, but the woman stays the same! So, it's been a busy...long...sufferin' week for me. I hope that yours went much better! 

I want to first send a shot out to you who showed up at our GROWN & SEXY Party last Friday, 7/11/08!  The turnout was amazing, we never expected so many people! We're going to do it again on Friday, August 1st at the Ramada, but in the BALLROOM this time.  More details are here on the site so check it out.

I have a question for you!  Recently, word has gotten around that rapper Rick Ross was a former corrections officer in Miami.  Supposedly, rapper Trick Dddy supplied the photographic proof to the rarely-reliable mediatakeout site.  The site is always very stupid...most would say ignorant, but "ignorance" is not-knowing..."Stupidity," however, is knowing better, but doing things anyway!.  This is a stupid site, but to read their article they make this sound like it's a bad thing.  Can brothers not be in those positions?  Let me know, I have no clue why it's a bad thing.  Do people think that just because he's a corrections officer, he hasn't had it rough?  Maybe, I'll just move on to happier things...

Do you ever KNOW you have to do something, and just keep neglecting it? No one will be harmed if you don't do it, but it might make life a little easier?? Well, that's moi and my personality page!! I apologize for not keeping you in the loop, but I'll be better.....

First things first...HOW MUCH DO YOU LOVE THE NEW WEBSITE?? It's gorgeous and so are you!  Actually, it was completely redesigned for YOU...yes YOU... and look forward to a lot of changes coming soon.  You may think we don't listen to you, but this is the PEOPLE'S STATION!!! We're out here for you.  We've been listening to you, so expect some changes in the next couple of months to make your Jamz experience better on your radio and online!!

One of those things that I've gotten calls and emails about is the fact there's nothing for YOU to do as far as going out and all.  Well, we decided to team up with the Ramada Inn in Salisbury and we came up with our Grown & Sexy parties.  This is for you...you work all day long and you want to kick back and dance and not deal with all the youngin's...right?? I just celebrated a great birthday by heading to New York...I love New York.  I love to be busy, so I fit right in.  We have listeners all over the place and New York...I love you!!!

I'm excited about the 4th of July tomorrow. One of the things I missed most about Delmarva was that I never got enough time to spend with my family.  I love the BBQs we throw.  I don't know about you, but our family is HUGE and constantly growing!  I'm expecting another cousin in the next couple of weeks....another GIRL!  It's a pretty big deal because in about 2 months, we've got ANOTHER one to be added.  Everyone's trying to figure out when Patrice will have children...I'm having too much fun!!

I want to thank you for dealing with my crazy voice today!  I think laryngitis hit me and it's not fun, but I gotta do what I have to do!  I hope you enjoy our Fusion mixes tomorrow!  Yup from 10am on, enjoy the mixes we have lined up.  Don't worry, it's still the music you want, just in a different way!!!  Join Kenny Love and Skeet Boogie as they mix up your favorite Old School tracks.  DJ Tavonne will be joining me and of course giving you the hottest New and Old School R&B!! The first time I heard that song on the album, I knew EXACTLY what homegirl meant!  If you want an example of what to write, here goes my story.  I'll keep it short and sweet and to the point!

The Friday after the release of Alicia's album was the end of the BEST relationship I had ever been in.  So, of course, I refused to listen to the album.  I listened about a week later to "Lesson Learned" and next up was "Wreckless Love."  The dude I was enamered with was so stimulating in everyway.  He was everything I had ever wanted in a man and it was the very first time I thought that I'd do ANYTHING for him.  (Women get that way when they're in love).  All he had to do was say my name and I was right there.  Everyone thought we were crazy to be with each other in the first place. And we were crazy...about each other!  It wasn't too bad of an end, so who knows, but my Wreckless Love left me a wreck once it was over!!!
